Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Dim Sum City Shop!  We are a small, independent shop serving up our own original designs and strive to create an enjoyable experience for every one of our customers.   All sales are considered final.  No refunds or exchanges.  If however,  in the rare case that you receive a defective product, you can return it for a store credit minus the return shipping cost. 

To be eligible for a return, your return request must be received within five (5) days from the date of receipt and returned in the original packaging.  

Please contact Jon at jon@dimsumcity.com with your reason for the return and a photo of the product.  We will get back to you with a  Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Please indicate this RA# on your return package.  We cannot accept returns without a RA#.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
